1. The service

ArgentAPI provides precious- and base-metals spot price data over REST and WebSocket, plus an optional Terminal dashboard, under the plans described on the pricing page. Rate limits and features are those in effect on your active plan.

2. Acceptable use

API keys are issued per account and must not be shared, resold, or used to circumvent rate limits (e.g. via multiple keys used as one). Automated abuse may result in suspension.

3. Data accuracy

Prices are aggregated from public market sources on a best-effort basis and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice and should not be relied on for trade execution without independent verification.

4. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by our billing provider. Cancelling stops future charges; your key remains active until the current billing period ends, per the plan you purchased.
